Founding Story
Throughout my career, I’ve been very intentional about cultivating engaged work environments, believing they are the foundation for strong collaboration and continuous improvement. Yet, as a female leader in tech with an unconventional path to Dev leadership, I often felt like a square peg in a round hole. Despite the measurable impact of my leadership, the industry didn’t always seem ready for my approach. And while I loved the work, I rarely had the time I wanted to focus on my true passion: coaching leaders and helping them cultivate fullfilling and productive team environments.
Then I realized there was a way to keep working in the industry I have always been drawn to, focus on what I do best and, as my daughter put it, "change the world in a slightly different way". This is what led to the inception of Accelerate Coaching & Consulting. Because I know that building skilled, collaborative and inspired team environments is the key to business success.
